Business Partner and Award Winning Chef Paul Power

Paul started his 25 year career in his native Waterford city,  after a few years he travelled to Sydney and worked in the Two Star Michelin restaurant Georges. From there Paul returned home to Waterford and opened up the first open plan kitchen in Ireland called “Chez Ks Steak & Seafood Restaurant”.  After five successful years he then took over the institution that was called “The Ship Seafood Restaurant” in the beautiful fishing village of Dunmore East, Co Waterford to wonderful acclaim from the Michelin Blue Book and critics alike . Since then Paul has opened up many restaurants, gastro bars and cafes in a consultancy role. He also works with The Hook & Ladder Group in their Limerick and Waterford cookery schools .

Serving a selection of traditional Irish recipes made with fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients showcasing the absolute best of Irish Food.  Sharon McGrath is graduate of Ballymaloe Cookery School where the farm to fork story is at its best. Winners of many awards over the years including Best Newcomer from the Restaurants Association of Ireland Awards 2015 you can expect wholesome and thoughtfully crafted Irish plates in our dining room where top quality produce and service is our priority.
